What does Pageant Training with Louise consist of?

• All sessions are done online, over a video chat platform and each one is 1.5 hours long
• Before we begin, we will do a free 15-20 minute consultation call to determine areas of improvement in order for me to understand what you need most attention with
• We will work on developing the master action plan of what you need to do to be at your best for the competition and have the best chance of winning
• I will teach you my visualization methods for achieving your desired outcome of the pageant, from top placement to winning – the exact ones I used for my clients to win Miss Universe Canada and Miss Universe 2005!
• I will give you tips on how to give the winning answer on stage and in interview setting, and practice interview questions & answers with you. You will learn how to dazzle the judges and captivate the audience with your answers
• I will provide runway walking assessment from the videos that you send to me, and guide you on how to improve your walk
• You will learn how to garner confidence, poise, elegance, and grace under pressure with exercises I provide for you to do daily
  Assignments, exercises and worksheets will be provided before each session
• You will also be asked to complete a “Winning-Meter” Quiz (link to quiz on the website) to determine your current attitude, confidence, and mindset
• If you choose to do more than one session, I will be connected to you through a messenger app with direct personal access anytime so you can ask me questions, get feedback, track progress and get daily motivation on staying on course with your goal as needed
